Raúl Israel★★★★★Located in the city center. I visited twice: once in the evening for a beer and once in the morning for breakfast, and enjoyed both experiences. The view is very nice, the service is good, and the prices are fair.

This was good. The milk was a little cooler than expected, even for me who does not like too hot milk. The chocolate is powder. I would visit again for the service and ambience but not my first choice for hot chocolate.
