Loved the Hazelnut Latte here! ☕ The atmosphere at Espresso House is calm and perfect for getting some work done. I really enjoyed sitting by the window and looking out at Altona bus station, watching people walk by. On sunny days, the café fills with beautiful natural light, which makes the whole experience even better. Definitely a nice spot to relax or work for a while.

Normally I like this place, they have good air conditioning but now there is a new girl who is rude to customers and couldn't be bothered to take two steps backwards and grab a paper cup. Carrot cake was very dry today too. They have a water fountain which is great and unusual for Germany but there's not much point if they don't provide glasses or cups.

We used to visit this place quite often because we like the concept and the coffee, but the service here is consistently very poor. Unfortunately, the staff seem to have no understanding of what good customer service is. First of all, there is a complete lack of basic respect toward customers. Secondly, the staff laugh at customers, and there is no proper or polite communication at all. On top of that, they constantly make mistakes with orders — the wrong coffee is prepared, drinks are mixed up, and customers are not listened to. Very long wait for a filter coffee. It's loud and extremely hot inside. Seats are super uncomfortable. Excellent Cardamom bun.
