I recently visited this lovely Kaffee spot in the heart of Berlin, and it was such a great experience. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I tried the banana bread, a cookie dough treat, and a hot chocolate, and everything was absolutely delicious. The banana bread was moist and flavorful, with just the right balance of sweetness. The cookie dough was indulgent and satisfying, a real treat! And the hot chocolate was rich, creamy, and perfectly comforting, especially on a chilly Berlin day. Kaffemitte was our go-to place for coffee when we stayed at Numa Weinmeister, about 150 meters away. The coffee was good, but the main downside was the queue. There was usually only one barista working, which made the wait quite long at times. One day the line was so long that we decided to leave instead. Overall a decent place, but it could be better with more staff during busy hours.
