Unbelievable place!!! The food 10/10. Meat eaters loved pigs leg. They were astonished by the taste of it!! Called the best pigs leg they have eaten in Germany 😄 Apple strudel OMG!! 100/10 !!!! If your are in the Buer area and want a really good meal in an awesome environment, this should be your number one option. The food is delicious, the portions are generous, the ambiance is great, and the service is top notch! And you can do a full meal with drinks and dessert for under 70 Euros. I had the schnitzel which was tender and amazing, and the fresh cherries with the chocolate lava cake is incredible. I highly recommend the specialty potatoes which are cooked with onions and little bits of bacon as the side for any dish. Well worth the visit.

Confirmed also by a German friend, this place felt absolutely authentic and welcoming to the German gastronomy. The prices might be a bit above average, but you get abundant meals, a lovely atmosphere and friendly service. One thing we were not used to was the constant attention from the waiters. Amazing place if you're looking for a German food experience. It is strongly advised to book a table beforehand.

On my second visit, it was a bit of a cold day in late August, but the food warmed me up, and the service was just as good as I remembered. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming.
