It has nothing in common with italian ice-cream. I ordered vanilla, coconut and straciatella, and I have got joghurt instead of vanilla and even the coconut was tasting like the overbearing joghurt ice-cream. The ice-cream was very sweet with little taste and not at all creamy, one could buy a similar ice cream at the cheap ice-cream section of Aldi or Lidl. The waitress took the order looking at us over her shoulder. All together a sorry excuse for an italian name.

I was there today around 7:00 AM, just under an hour before closing. When I arrived, my order was taken in a rush and not even written down. Then they started sweeping around me, clearing and locking the tables. As a result, I couldn't enjoy my ice cream in peace for half an hour before closing. They even stood right next to my table to sweep. When I went to pay, they asked me what I had ordered because there hadn't even been time to write it down. Overall, it was incredibly stressful and unfriendly. Two other people who sat down to eat shortly after us didn't even have their tables unlocked.

I always enjoyed going there. It's nothing special, but the ice cream is definitely delicious. Today, however, I had a completely different experience. My friend and I went there shortly after 7 p.m. to have some ice cream outside. After a minute, the waitress came and asked what we wanted. We sent her away again because we still didn't know what we wanted. Then it took 10-15 minutes until she came back and we could finally order. The ice cream arrived quickly, around 7:30 pm.
