The staffs (especialy the cashier) are very welcoming and friendly. The food is a bit new to my taste unlike other branded store. But it satisfy my appetite and i keep coming back. They have a unique options of burgers. I keep coming back because it is quite and the ambiance is very cool. To all Filipinos try this one of a kind brand, and you will love it.

The sweet potatoes were mushy, small, and unsalted. Plus, there was only one lettuce leaf and one tomato on my burger! The cheese sauce on the fries was practically nonexistent. It's always been great before, but this time everything was terrible from start to finish.

What we received today is simply appalling. An order worth over €50. The fries were missing sauce. Two burgers with caramelized onions were missing them. One other burger for €15 had burnt meat, as did two other burgers. We called customer service/the complaints department. A guy answered the phone in a terrible mood. He should definitely find another job. Sure, we ordered 40 minutes before closing time. But if you don't feel like working at that hour, then close earlier! €50 for an order like this is beyond outrageous. We would have been better off spending that money at McDonald's.

We were very dissatisfied with our Burgerme order from July 27th. All the sauces and a portion of sweet potato fries were missing. The food was cold and not good. The driver apologized for the high volume of orders and the delay. I received a €5 Burgerme voucher by email via the Burgerme hotline, even though I was told on the phone that I would receive a refund. Since we never intend to order from Burgerme again, the voucher is useless to us.
