First of all, the food arrived open and spilled all over the delivery bag — even the delivery person confirmed it was like that when picked up. Completely unacceptable and unhygienic. When we tried to eat, the butter naan was thick, dry, and inedible — it felt like it wasn’t even made for human consumption. I had requested the butter chicken to be spicy, but it was so overly sweet and that after this caused me stomach pain — and I’m current

The butter chicken was watery, tasteless, and the chicken pieces were chewy and awful. The biryani was dry, oily, and smelled weird — nowhere close to authentic or even edible. Felt like a complete rip-off. Chiraag, if this is what you call food, you seriously need to rethink your kitchen. Never ordering from here again! Who puts green peas in chicken biryani🤣 Absolutely disappointed😞
