The most dishonest shop. We bought some icecream from there and they told us that we were not allowed to sit there despite the shop being completely empty because icecream is “to go only”. Bizarre behaviour.

Although it is in the middle of the shopping, this place ist confortable and you don't feel like you are in the middle of the people passing by. The attention and service ist good, they all seemed nice. Of course they checked our Covidpass and Id, which I consider really important. My husband ordered a cup with fruits, cream and ice-cream, that was really filling and I asked for vegan ice-cream, which was super creamy.

We were there to sit. We went to check the flavors and we choose. After we went to sit they told us that the price we payed was for take away and is a difference in price if you sit. We told them ok we pay the difference and they told us is not possible. The kicked us out !!! PS: the ice-cream was perfect

I am at the 8 month of pregnancy, I took an ice cream in a paper cup to have a snack while shopping in Arcaden. Then I realized that the place had tables available, and as I was very tired I just sat on one table to have my ice cream. In the entire place only 2 tables were occupied, all the rest, minimum 10, were empty. After few minutes a waitress came to me inviting me to leave because I have “just an ice cream to go” and I am not allowed to sit on a table. Ice cream to go and to never come back.
