Mela is my go-to brunch spot in Erlangen. The food is amazing, albeit slightly pricy but I can’t complain because of the portion sizes and quality of ingredients and the final product. Their coffee and other hot drinks are also very comforting and delicious. I’ve been visiting this place for many years now and each time is a pleasure. The staff is ever-friendly and accommodating. I’ve come alone as well for brunch and a spot is made available, even with limited space. However, it is highly recommended (I would even say required) to make a reservation if your party has more than 2 people. The
