The food was, as always, fantastic and absolutely delicious. That's why I usually enjoy coming here. Unfortunately, during my visit today, I noticed a new employee who I hadn't seen before. He constantly greets customers with an exaggerated "Hello," which comes across as if he's making fun of them. His behavior in conversations is also very condescending and childish, making us feel like we're not being taken seriously, even though we've been customers at Pyramide for at least seven years.
