Beautiful place and service. Came on Sunday around 1pm, the place was fairly empty which we enjoyed very much. Music was calm and not annoying, which is rare these days! Burgers were epic. Service was very warm and our waiter/bartender made sure our drinks are always full. We need a nap now after the burgers. We will come back after the nap for more :) great place

Pleasant burger bar in the pedestrianised part of Essen town centre. The selection was good and the meals tasted nice. It was cooked freshly to order. The location is great for the town centre and because the area is for pedestrians only there are no cars making noise or pollution when sitting outside I would recommend for a quick lunch when you're in town

Normally I go for the burger but went “rogue” and got the garlic Parmesan fries, the cauliflower and some drinks. Though I ordered on the phone the service was quick and attentive. One of the best HiG locations

After leaving a restaurant on the other side of the square after 20 minutes of waiting to place an order I went to your restaurant and it was exactly what I needed. Greeted immediately and leaving restaurant in 30 minutes satisfied with hunger and thirst quenched. Very good job. Not a fan of the blocks of wood chair things. That’s why atmosphere doesn’t get full marks. Form before function there I would say.
