With excellent service, a very interesting old building and a refreshing variety in food this makes for an excellent restaurant. We tried the variety selection of appetizers, my son who is usually a picky eater enjoyed each of them. The main meals were reported by all to be excellent and we ordered extra spicy flatbread. For our meal we had a dry Rosé that comes from a vineyard in Lebanon, it was excellent. Highly recommend and you should make reservations as it is very popular. Parking can be something of a challenge on a busy night though.

Been there with friends yesterday. Very friendly, and the sofa areas are cozy. We had the mixed starters, an excellent choice to share among the three of us and get an idea of their food. I had the lamb as an entrée and like it pink - and made sure the waiter understood and got it very well done :-( Would I go again? Sure - and I can recommend to go and dine. Gera is not the culture navel of the world and it's definitely worth it. Still, I would not do a 30+ min detour (mandatory in my rating scheme to achieve 5 stars) just to dine here hence "only" four stars.
