I had a rather disappointing experience at Bozen. I came there to do some work, and I ordered my coffee then started working on my computer. After a while, I called a friend and we spoke on the phone for 25 minutes then I went back in to continue working. Later on, I had a 10 minute Zoom call scheduled, and the waiter there asked me if I could step outside even though there was no one around. The guy was super nice and friendly.
