I’m not somebody who’s obsessed with brunch spots, but Ginger Club truly changed my mind. The location itself is very aesthetically enjoyable but what sold me was the staff energy and the portion sizes. I personally ordered the egg drop sandwich with salmon and avocado, and not only was the flavor profile well-balanced but the portion was HUGE. I didn’t finish, and same for my friend who ordered the feta avocado salad and the french toast. And on top of that, going on a Sunday, in Berlin, and to discover it wasn’t stuffed full with people?
