Fujiyama in Hammeln is one of our favorite restaurants in town! They offer a fantastic variety of sushi and Chinese dishes, and depending on the day, you can also enjoy their live grill with fresh meat, seafood, and fish. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, the restaurant isn't fully accessible due to multiple levels and stairs, which is a downside. Overall, we highly recommend Fujiyama for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience.

Excellent food, fresh seafood to tender lamb chops. Either choose from the pre-cooked food or take what you want from the raw section and allow the staff to prepare it with your sauces and spices of choice. There was a good range of food all the way to dessert.

The food was delicious and fresh, but there wasn't too many vegan options for my friend which was a bummer. We thought a restaurant with that size would have at least some options but there wasn't too much. It was still a great place to visit and I would go again.
