Very beautiful, clean, neat and organized place plus the food was good and is fast serviced. If the staff tries to give a bit more attention and treat the costumer in a way that they feel good and welcome, I'd give a 10. But they need to work a bit on the costumer service to achieve it. So I'd give it another try to see it. And the music, oh God .. that was really really horrible music and I felt I needed to leave... so please change the playlist.

As we came, we waited for about 15 minutes until anybody came and asked if we were ready. At a certain moment somebody came and we ordered to drink, we wanted some waffles as well, but she said “we don’t make waffles anymore” I found it weird and said okey..then another waiter came and I asked again, he said “no the kitchen is already closed..I said okey.. After 40 min or so more people came in…and I kept on seeing food coming out and being served, and I found it very weirds since they said it’s closed. Since we’ve been served our drink nobody came to ask if we wanted anything else in an hour

Tree times in a row, totally unpleasant service: 1. We seat we wait 15/20 min nobody come to say sorry we don’t serve outside. 2. We seat and they say we don’t serve those table . 3. Today again we don’t serve there only in the middle , ok than we want to connect two tables together, again no its not possible!!! I work 20 years on the cruise ships Celebrity & Royal Caribbean Cruises and this is totally disgrace for the Hospitality industry!!! Never again try to come here !!!
