Sushi Boat has, in my opinion, the best and cleanest food of all the asian restaurants in Heilbronn. It's slightly more expensive and it takes slightly longer to receive your order but I still recommend this place if you want a "wow-effect" with your food. In my opinion the food including salmon are their best works. Never before did I eat salmon this tender and smooth.
