A bit of an odd environment but the food was mostly enjoyable. Generally a little under seasoned for me but all of the proteins were very well cooked. The wine pairing was interesting but not the best. I would have preferred more sakes and less German wine. €7.20 for a bottle of water is rude but the whole bill wasn't too bad for the value delivered.

Due to Covid -19 I was only able to takeaway from the restaurant, but the food is definitely as authentic as it can be. I have ordered twice from the restaurant and the staff has paid so much attention to the preparation of the food just like the authentic Japanese cuisine you can get in Japan. They even provided a hand-written/drawn note for the seasonal special box I ordered with detail instructions on how to reheat the soup. Taste wise, the food I have ordered so far were phenomenal. No words can better describe how much I love the dishes they offer.

Amazing dinner and great value, the chef’s menu with 8 courses at 88€, drinks were also very creative with a huge sake selection and great food. Every course was excellent in flavour and composition.
