The taste of the doner kebab is an 8 out of 10 for me. The food tastes good, which is why I keep coming back. Unfortunately, the customer service is only a 2 out of 10. The only exception is the lady at the cash register, who is always friendly and polite. Otherwise, you often get the feeling that customer requests aren't being properly addressed. Especially with the sauces, you feel like you have to repeat your order five times because the server keeps forgetting. Very friendly staff. But I have to say, by far the worst doner kebab I've had in a long time. The price-performance ratio is a disaster. The doner was tiny and practically empty. The bread tasted like it was stale; this wasn't the first time I've had this kind of poor quality there.
