Falafel are made fresh right in front of your eyes and are crispy, juicy and light and not greasy at all. Honestly this is so much better than all other spots in Karlsruhe serving falafel. Burger was excellent as well, really surprised as I never really like burgers dining outside. Meat is bought from a local butcher and formed into Patties by hand and frozen. Owner is super open and friendly and he’s clearly doing what he loves. So so nice!
