We used to love this place, and a year ago the service was genuinely good. As coffee lovers who regularly visit cafés in Kassel, this spot used to be one of our favorites. Unfortunately, our visit yesterday was very disappointing. From the moment you enter, you can clearly feel a big change and a negative atmosphere—completely different from how it used to be. Our order arrived very late, the staff was rude, and they tried to clear our plates even though there was still cake on them. When the cakes finally arrived, they were badly damaged. Unfortunately, I didn’t take a photo. But i had video.

Great cafe! I loved the design, so green and very calming rich colors, accompanied by soothing music - it’s a nice spot. Staff were friendly, the food was also good. Berry tarte and coffee were excellent, as well as the berry lemonade. The bruschettas took quite a while, but staff explained it with some kitchen issues. I loved the self service order display at the tables so you can choose in peace and ask for help if needed. I also loved the display of cakes and sweets - makes the choice so fun! Overall, worth a visit!
