I come here very often (at least ones a week) I like because I can relax wirh my little ones. I really enjoy the Latte Macchiato but they change the Butter Bretzel, it has a lot of salt and I dinr like anymore. The services needs to be friendly

This Lukas bakery is located in the center of the touristy area. I had a quick bite here in the morning before visiting museums. Ordered a butter croissant and a decaf Cappuccino there. The price is okay and the food tastes ok here. The staff members are friendly. Some birds were attracted to the food residue on the floor and flew in the shop multiple times.

Average quality, higher price than other similar places. This would still be acceptable if it wasn't the TERRIBLE service. The attendants work as if they were doing a huge favour to the costumers. I ordered a hot chocolate to the male attendant, paid and then he told me to get my order with the female attendant(blond) on the coffe part. When I did so, she did exactly the same, told me to get my order with her colleague(the male one, that 10seconds before done the same). Then, as both ignored me I kindly asked a second female attendant (black hair) "hi, I would like to have a hot chocolate". Sh

The cafe is nice, plenty of seating of two floors. Service is alright and so are the bakery items. Although I do not expect scratched trashy plates and trays. Seriously didn't feel like eating my cake in the worn out black "supposed to be blue" plate. Good luck.
