They rarely replenished the food. As a result, people always grabbed the meat first. Then their trays sat there until everything else was eaten. I'm a huge fan of Chinese food, but this isn't traditional cuisine; it's more like a hodgepodge. It's a shame, really. But for that price, you can't expect much better.
