The line was out the door, which is always a good sign. They have a few unique burger options, and those fries, crispy on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside, were excellent. Even with the crowd, we were able to snag two seats at the counter, perfect for people watching. This is definitely a four-napkin burger kind of place, fresh, juicy, and messy in the best way. We ordered Giggly Smash Burger with Mex Fries and beer, Burger was good and i m pretty sure i come back to have again, however Mex fries kind of disappointing due to you dont feel mex flavor, they only add on top of the fries, Guacamole, sour cream and looks like tomato salsa( taste is only tomato), Beer server recommended, She speaks english and nice welcome. The best thing about this place for us was the fast and effecient concept. Once you order, your food won't take long to be ready and the self-service automat makes it easy for foregneirs to order. As place it's safe for people who are new to Munich and want good value for their money and time. The food is better compared to many other fast food chains and the presentation is accurate to what is marketed for the customers.

I chose Ruffs burger based on reviews and was not disappointed. I purchased the ‘All In’ cheeseburger with salad, chips (fries) and a drink. It was cooked well and served promptly. There is limited indoor seating so, I sat outside where there are tables with benches. The toilet was clean and well stocked. The staff were friendly and at least bilingual (German, English).
