Jakub Paluch★I ordered three pizzas through the website. After placing the order, I was informed that the delivery would arrive in about half an hour. I would like to emphasize that the restaurant is only a five-minute drive from my apartment. After waiting for an hour, I called to ask about the status of my order. I was told that they were very busy and that the driver would arrive within 20 minutes. After another half hour, I called again—already slightly irritated—to ask what was going on with my order. I was then told that the driver had been at my address and had tried to call me, but I did not answer
