Absolute 5 stars! Had ordered the Babas Finest which comprises smoky baba ganoush with batata harra, oyster mushroom, and a drizzle of lemon served with a shawarma. The dish was the best - with the complete set of smoke, spicy, slightly acidic in play. Left nothing behind - and that's true testament to the best Levantine cuisine in the city. And all of this was vegan! Will definitely visit and order from the place again to try the rest of what they have. The prices are on point too!

We visited this restaurant (?) on a Tuesday afternoon around 17:30. The moment we entered this place, before we even get welcomed, one of the staff from behind the counter asked may questions super fast like he was in a hurry! He asked do you have reservation? Do you want take out or you eat in? Do you…? And we were like what? The restaurant is empty. Do we need reservation? Can we eat? Can’t we come in? Why are you so rushed? And why didn’t he welcomed us first before asking strange questions!!! So strange! About the atmosphere, a person (idk from the staff or the owner!) was casually sitting

I visited The Hummus Connection in Nuremberg and overall had a great experience. I had the vegan shawarma and a falafel sandwich – both were delicious, well-seasoned, and packed with fresh veggies. The fattoush salad was nice, though I felt it could’ve used a bit more tang or lemon to bring out the flavor. They kindly offered me an extra plate of hummus and Arabic bread – a lovely gesture! The hummus was creamy, smooth, and truly one of the best I’ve had in Nuremberg. The staff were friendly and quick, and the atmosphere was relaxed and cozy, with good music playing in the background.
