Big artichoke. So tender. The balsamic is on the sweeter side but the tomato and rocket balanced it. The dish also feels less oily as I expected. Gorgeous black spaghetti . Why don’t other Italian restaurants put more substantial veggies? (I’ve made my own fusion stir fry pasta before but this is really a nice surprise ^^.) Colorful and satisfying.
