The service was outstanding! We were eating dinner with our two sons - the waitress was so patient and child oriented! She gave the kids painting kit while we were ordering and waiting. Miserable experience. Ordered from them with Lieferando, not for the first time. I was always happy with the food. Even recommended them to others. This time one of the dishes that arrive had nothing to do with what I ordered. The woman answering the phone was laughing at me, and told me to just eat it again and again. It doesn’t matter if you payed 10 euros for a certain meal and got something totally different that you are not interested in. I fell like I payed for pants and got a shirt.
