I recently visited Lilli's Kuchenwerkstatt in Saarbrücken, and I must say, the experience was delightful! The highlight was undoubtedly the White Snow Cake. It was incredibly delicious—perfectly moist, with just the right amount of sweetness. The flavors were well-balanced, and the presentation was beautiful. The café has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for enjoying a slice of cake with a cup of coffee. It's difficult to find a nice coffee shop in Germany. There are beer houses everywhere but not so many options to have a nice coffee in a cozy place. I love small coffee shops. It was a lovely place but they are not so good with the English language. I tried my best to talk in German. I suggest learning how to order stuff in German before going there :) Edit: 2 June 2024 I love the cakes in this place. We got strawberry and mango cake. It’s really delicious.

The coffee isn’t the best. Cake tasted ok. Atmosphere is nice and staff was sweet, but it was kinda loud, because they were tidying up the kitchen and couldn’t do my reading. I visited around 7pm.
