omg stumbled across this place for bfast and the selections are not only so vast, they’re all so yummy! the choccocino is only 3.25 euros for such a big cup, and when I couldn’t finish it, the service lady kindly helped me repackage it in a to go cup interior also looks really nice and cosy! Wish we could’ve eaten here more in schwerin!

What a gem! I think I've encountered the strategical national reserve for bad customer service. They are going above and beyond to make the customer feel so unwelcome and unwanted. And it's a bakery, not a whateveramt. P.S. my cake was really tasty, though.

Worst customer service I have ever come across. The young girl with with light brown hair could not have made us feel less welcome. She throw coffee cups and plates on the tray in front of us. She gave one word answers and clearly didn’t want to be there. Such a shame for other employees who work here as she brings down the reputation of the business as a whole. Disgusted.

Great cake, very pleasing design and cleanliness. Descent coffee. Person at the counter hardly spoke English, but did so very gracefully. Recommend place to sit down for a short break.
