Gloria Panagakou★★On Sunday I went for a coffee (it was not the first time) and the employee couldn't recognize my EU COVID certificate.I asked her politely to scan the QR code according the procedure but she was insisting in a very rude way that it was a photo.After I explained her that it was a n official pdf document I asked for the supervisor.Finally her colleague checked the certificate and my ID.They never apologized to me. Also at the time I was having my coffee they were talking to each other very loudly! They should be trained properly about all these issues
