The place looks good and the ambience is amazing. But the service is just plain terrible. We had to wait for our food for over an hour. Our waitress had the memory of a goldfish. She even forgot our cutlery after serving our food. Even after telling her about the missing cutlery, she literally forgot it again, so that we needed to tell another waitress to get something so that we could cut into our streak. I couldn't tell if the food was good, since it was cold once our cutlery came. Plus in 2023 it's still cash payment and they don't accept any sorts of cards as payment which is a big disappo

We were here with two kids, had to wait to get the menu, then waited again for the waitress to take our order, the drinks took again a long time, by then 45 minutes were gone! A while later the waitress announced they had lost the note with our order in the kitchen and we had to order again! Last but not least the only okayish food were the nuggets, the potato soup tasted terrible, was far too greasy and salty. We were here for over 2 hours, but never again!!!

On a Wednesday night, with few people, we expected great service - having read many good reviews. Had a "kartoffelpfanne" which most og all tastes like ready made produce mixed and heated with cheese on top. One in the party has schnitzel and "brat kartoffel" - that was fresh made.

Pretty nice food, especially for the price. Also the draft beer was nice. Unfortunately only 0.4L. will definitely go again!
