The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Ulm. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, the room was very clean with comfortable anatomical mattresses, and the breakfast was rich with a wide variety of options. Excellent service overall. I highly recommend this hotel.

WOMEN BEWARE! I witnessed a male employee (the man with glasses) sneaking pictures of me with his phone. He was following me from behind and was seemingly taking pictures of my behind. When I turned around to see him aiming his phone towards my bum, he looked to the sky and fiddled with random objects as if nothing happened. In hindsight, I also recall this man following me out the hotel on one other occasion, as well as knocking on my door even though I had clearly put the « Do not disturb » sign on my doorknob. I really enjoyed my stay here. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very knowledgeable of local restaurants/cafes and things to do in the surrounding areas. There is also use of some bicycles, we enjoyed exploring Ulm on. Rooms are great, comfortable and modern, perfect for our requirements. Highly recommend
