We ordered the Big Balagan menu and everything, especially the starters, was fantastic. The Lemonarak drink was also delicious. I highly recommend the babaganoush, hummus, and maqlubeh. The staff were very warm and friendly. We had a great experience and would definitely come back!

You have just lost loyal guests by pressuring us into giving a tip on the machine with snotty remarks about the service apparently not being good enough. Tipping needs to go to the person that actually served us. We do this by cash if deserved. It is not the guests issue if the staff do not get paid enough. Raise your prices and pay the staff accordingly and employ people that do not pressure guests into giving tips. However the food is very good. Such a shame that the staff member ruined an otherwise great experience.
