You can get fried rice, jollof, plain rice, salad, pizza, potato chips etc at Tasty Queen. Juice and pastries, khebab and sausage is also available there. They provide great customer service. Their prices are very moderate. With GHS 15, 20 or 25 you can get a tasty meal. The place is too small for their numerous customers so be prepared to join a queue. They close around 23:00. I recommend Tasty Queen to everyone. Once you arrive at Kumasi make sure you get a plate of Tasty Queen.
