Lovely pub/gastropub/watering hole channeling Australian vibes. All the food was really good but we starters especially were phenomenal (makes sense for them to primarily be a wine bar). The truffle croquettes, hash brown with Gorgonzola and pear, cod roe dip, tuna tartare all so good and I would get two of each and call it a night. But their fries are also really good. I’ve tried 30+ fries in HK (making a guide!) and this one is top tier for sure. The mains were a bit overshadowed by the starters. Great vibes. Spacious booths for sit down dinner and bar seats for casual drink and bites

We have been coming to this sight for a while before when it was a an overrated 50 best bar. Have to say when I was asked to come for supper here was not sure what to expect. But we were pleasantly surprised. Beef tartare was really good - toast were a bit oily but tartare was strong . The cod roe was really may not bad . Pork Katsu Sando was delicious and so was lasagne . Broccoli with Tofu was bland not great with stale breadcrumbs . For drinks we went for Happy hour wine - really very reasonable . Finally we also ordered the chicken parmigiana , was too breaded and dry not pleasant . Opted for Prosecco but was a bit flat so went for the Riesling followed by Red wine . Over all was a really good experience. And pricing really reasonable for the HK market . Looking forward to coming back .

Insanely popular Australian small bistro in Central—no reservations, walk-in only, and expect to wait at least 45 minutes (sometimes way longer)—the hype is real! The atmosphere inside is lively and buzzing, with great, friendly service throughout. Cocktails are decent but nothing extraordinary. The food, however, is outstanding—flavours are spot-on, presentation is refined, and everything tastes fantastic. My absolute favourite was the Bavette Steak—perfectly cooked and incredibly flavourful. For the quality and location in Central, prices are very reasonable—high quality with excellent value for money. Definitely recommended if you’re patient enough to queue! 🥩🍸✨

Absolutely loved Bourke’s 🍻 A super fun bar named after Bourke Street in Melbourne 🇦🇺 which instantly gave us a little taste of home while over in Hong Kong. Really international crowd, awesome energy, super friendly service, great happy hour, solid wines, good pints, and tasty little appies 😋 This place is total vibes 👌🏻 Definitely somewhere we’d come back to.

I celebrated my friend’s birthday at the restaurant today and we had a wonderful experience. The staff — especially Joel, Alexandra, and Jessie — were very attentive and friendly, and made us feel truly well taken care of. Joel arranged a quiet table for us, Alexandra helped with cocktails and recommendations, and Jessie thoughtfully brought us bread when she saw we still had some beef tartare left. The food was excellent – the beef tartare was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the seabass was beautifully cooked. We especially loved the cauliflower beurre noisette and toppings, which paired so well with the fish. They also helped serve the birthday cake without extra charge. Thank you so much for making my friend’s birthday celebration so special. We’ll definitely come back and recommend the restaurant to our friends!
