“went there for breakfast after cycling. i had benne dose and idli with filter coffee. the dose was so crunchy and juicy. idli was soft. it was delicious. i still have the essence of that place with me. must try if in bangalore”
“Hands down the best masala dosa I’ve ever had. Crispy, perfectly flavored masala filling, and paired beautifully with their filter coffee. Idli-medu vada was decent, but the dosa is what makes this place stand out.”

Aaratrika Ghosh★★★★★If you like your dosa the right amount of crispy and buttery, Bengaluru Cafe is the place to be. At just 80/- you’ll get the best best Butter Masala Dosa served with a chutney that is nostalgia in it’s core. As a Bengali girl, who has only eaten dosa outside the South, Bengaluru Dosa is officially one of the dosa places I will be coming back to. Note: This is an open canteen/cafe with no proper seating benches except one on the side (maximum capacity 5). However, they have standing areas to eat and a long long line, so make sure you’re here for the wait as much as you are for the great food and hype :)
Rohit Badi★★★★★I visited Bengaluru Café recently and tried multiple items - Kesari Bath, Idli, Masala Dosa, Vada and coffee - and every single dish was exceptional. The flavours were authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The Masala Dosa had the perfect aroma and taste, the Idli and Vada were soft and crisp just the way they should be, and the Kesari Bath was the perfect sweet finish. The place is very crowded, and now I understand why - the taste truly lives up to the hype. Despite the crowd, the service is fast and the food quality is consistently great. If you want to experience true Bengaluru-style breakfast and snacks with amazing taste, this café is a must-visit. I'm definitely going back again!
Naveen N M★★★★★It is a good place for a quick breakfast. There is no seating, so it is mainly an eat-and-go place. We tried the Masala Dose and Masala Vada, and both were very tasty and authentic. It is a great place for South Indian breakfast. Idli is served without sambar, but the chutney is delicious. Worth a visit for tasty South Indian food.
Karthik Bhuvanesh★★★★★Overall the taste of the food is good. The dosas are crisp and nice, but nothing unique or different about their dosas, they are good in terms of bangalore standards. Waiting time is a lot, and ordering is also a menace. Too many people on weekends. But overall a nice experience and the food was good. No place to sit though, so not for old people.
Somyya Chaudhary★★★★★went there for breakfast after cycling. i had benne dose and idli with filter coffee. the dose was so crunchy and juicy. idli was soft. it was delicious. i still have the essence of that place with me. must try if in bangalore
TINA SAMANTA★★★★★Hands down the best masala dosa I’ve ever had. Crispy, perfectly flavored masala filling, and paired beautifully with their filter coffee. Idli-medu vada was decent, but the dosa is what makes this place stand out.
Priyansh Jain★★★★Bengaluru Cafe is one of those classic breakfast spots that always stays packed for a reason. Their idli, dosa, medu vada, filter coffee, and variety rice dishes are absolutely worth trying. Everything tastes fresh, comforting, and very authentic. Just make sure to avoid peak hours if possible weekend waits can easily go up to 40–45 minutes.
Bala K★★★★★Benne Masala Dose, Idli, Rava Idli with yummy vegetable sagu, crispy Vade and Filter Coffee are the highlights. Price is a tad high considering self service. Location, hygiene and atmosphere is good but their crowd and space management is poor and the token system is confusing for first time visitors. Finding a road side parking is a headache. They have the potential to compete with the legendary eateries of Bengaluru.
