Visited Raasta Bombay recently. The place has both rooftop seating and an indoor A/C section — something we only realized later. We were initially offered a table on the rooftop, but in peak summer, it was quite uncomfortable due to the heat. There was a DJ playing light music, and we later got to know that the vibe gets more lively with people dancing post 10 PM, but we left early so couldn’t experience that part. In terms of food, we ordered noodles, a chicken starter, and a few mocktails. The taste was decent but nothing exceptional. Pricing-wise, it didn’t feel very economical for what we had. We had booked through Swiggy, which gave us a discount on the bill — that was a plus. Overall, an okay experience — might be better if visited later in the evening for the vibe.

You can enjoy the open air sitting on the 6th floor or indoor AC sitting on the 4th florr. The food here is simply great. We ate quesadilla and aglio olio pasta, both were simply amazing. The cocktails were also great. The service is slow even when there are not many tables occupied. The place is comparitively vacant over weekdays and hence you are likely to find discounts on some app.

I’m really disappointed to say that our experience during the gig last Sunday (21-06-2026) wasn’t what we expected from Raasta. The DJ who isn’t usually performing behaved inappropriately toward me and my friends, and it left us uncomfortable enough to leave early. I do hope management ensures this kind of behavior isn’t part of the guest experience going forward. We’ve always trusted Raasta to maintain a safe and respectful environment, which is why this stood out so much. This experience will make us choose not to go back.
