He helped our group of 6 enjoy every single drink and food that we ordered with a perfect table placing. Saturday night is such a vibe here in town. It’s a cozy, two-level setup (ground + first floor) with a pleasant vibe. They also run offers on Zomato, which is a plus. The menu is quite extensive, especially when it comes to craft and draught beers, and the food selection complements it well. However, a significant number of beers listed were unavailable, which really narrowed down the choices. Service was efficient and prompt throughout. What did leave a sour note, though, was being pressured into giving a 5-star review on Zomato. As someone who regularly reviews restaurants and movies, this felt uncomfortable and somewhat intimidating, particularly after a couple of drinks.

Beer Cafe was a let-down overall and didn’t live up to the hype at all. Given its reputation, we expected better service and a more enjoyable experience, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Service was poor and noticeably slow, with staff seeming disengaged and uninterested, which made the visit feel frustrating rather than relaxed. Despite being branded as a go-to spot, it felt very overrated. The atmosphere lacked energy and didn’t have the buzz you’d expect from a place focused on beer and socialising. For the prices charged, the experience simply didn’t match up, and there was nothing particularly memorable to justify returning. Overall, there are far better places nearby offering friendlier service, better atmosphere, and more value for money. Beer Cafe might look appealing on paper, but in reality, it fell short and is not somewhere we’d choose to visit again.

The Beer Cafe name created some expectations, went there wanting to have some different beers than the usual ones but was surprised to find a very few options, beer cafe has become like just another bar selling local beers with a not even a handful of different options which it promised when it had opened, the bar wasn't neat, loads of Draught beer cases were lying around the bar which was looking dirty, music was too loud and not in sync with the mood. Food which I ordered was given in 2 mins quick but wasn't hot, was understood they just warmed it in the microwave for me. The ambience was sad, wasn't happy and nice. Even after having such a premium location it looked like a sad place were as it should have been vibrant and a place to hand out around the corner.

Horrible experience I was an occasional customer here. In my most recent visit,i was told initially that they have an offer of 1+1 free ,which I had availaled multiple times earlier This time since it was Sunday evening and a lot of People started pouring in ,they got greedy and said "well the offer is uptill 8 and since you ordered after 8 either pay up extra or leave" I showed my previous transaction where 15 days ago I order at 9:30 and availabled this ,still they did not listen and my experience was ruined

Hmm. The beer was ok. The atmosphere, (upstairs) was dead - the vibe was like a cheap almost empty cafe. The service was okish, just a bit disinterested. But it was the food that was the main negative. The chicken burger was ok. But the chicken kebab tasted of rubber; I'm not sure there was any chicken in it. The worst thing was that the portions were very small. The bowl of dal was only a half full and, when the chips came ... well you shouldn't really be able to easily count how many chips there are in a portion, but, if you do, there should be more than ten! Good place, if you are a 🍺 lover go for it .... offers a large variety of beer including lagers, craft and wheat beer. If you are a light beer fan - try Japanese Lagger Craft Beer! Visited on 31st Night, place was not crowded and the best thing no wait time. Enjoyed good music and food. Food Quality - Good 👍 Service Quality - Okayish, long wait time! Food Options - well it's a Café, so you have limited options. Try Butter Garlic Prawns.
