Visited X Lounge Pub recently and the experience was quite disappointing overall. When we entered, there were no tables available and one was arranged later, but it was very dusty and not properly cleaned. The food presentation was poor, with some dishes served in burnt plates and plastic spoons provided, which did not match the price or ambience expected from a lounge. We spent around ₹3600, but the food taste and overall service did not meet expectations at all. The only positive part of the experience was the music and DJ vibe, which was enjoyable. Other than that, the experience was not worth the money.

Completely ruined my and my colleagues evening. Cheap tricks played to oversell on Drinks which has the max margin, but they forget the limit on how long they should play. We reached the place and ordered beer bucket (with 6pints) and 1 fish and 1 chicken starter at the same time. They hurriedly served the drinks and then fir 50mins there's no sign of the food. On asking every time the only response we got was 5mins sir... They deliberately delayvthe food so that we order more drinks. But there should be a limit. On threatening to leave without paying they finally gave some complimentary Crispy corns and chicken fry (which were leftovers from some other big group order). We were shocked to see the quantity when the food finally arrived, 4 small pieces of lollipops in the name of chicken tangdi kebab as if the chicken had polio. Chilli fish as if raw fish was served with over cooked sauce. Even the cutlery is disposable ones. They done have proper air conditioning (just water coolers) n

This place in Hyderabad is one of the worst places to visit. Despite being located on the rooftop of the 6th floor, the only lift for the entire building is not working, making access difficult. Parking is a major hassle and poorly managed. The food quality is very disappointing, and the service is equally bad. The ambience suffers greatly with dirt-covered seating chairs, making the overall experience highly unpleasant. It is surprising how this place is still running with such poor standards.

My experience at this pub was disappointing. The food quality did not meet my expectations, and I noticed cleanliness issues that raised concerns about kitchen hygiene. The overall maintenance of the premises appeared poor. Because of these concerns, I would not choose to visit again.
