If there were an option of a no star review, I’d go with that. Would request third wave team to stop putting fake reviews to override or disappear the real ones. Firstly, this place as per the official timings on the app and on google claims to be open at 7:30am. By that, they mean that their staff will arrive by 7:30 am, and then start setting up the store and prepping for the opening. Btw, they aren’t done doing that even by 8:00am. The morning staff is super rude and appears to have reached their workplace with all the morning crankiness. While they have chosen to do a morning job/shift, it feels like we forced them to be there. I was there yesterday, and it was a horrendous experience. Thankfully there are good coffee places nearby, so the morning was saved. Additionally, during a previous visit (same experience in the morning) I placed an order from the app, while I was there, and informed the barista. She prepared orders of the next 2-4 people who arrived and I eventually re

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Third Wave Coffee. I ordered a Cookies & Cream milkshake, and it honestly felt like I was drinking cold water instead of a milkshake. It had no thickness, no creaminess, and barely any flavor. I asked for a replacement, expecting it to be better, but unfortunately, the second one was even worse than the first. For the price you charge, this level of quality is unacceptable. Definitely not the experience I expected, and I won’t be ordering this again.
