This is a lounge adjacent to the main lobby of the Mumbai Airport Hilton. It's a nice atmosphere, though staid. I was seeking a cooling refresher after walking about all morning. The lemon iced tea that I ordered in another hotel restaurant prompted me to ask for it here. It was similar though unsweetened. Keep in mind that they don't keep iced tea around in many Indian places so they have to brew it fresh. It takes a while and is expensive for tea in india. But the addition of fresh squeezed lemon and min garnish was nice. The staff were attentive and pleasant. I could do without the piped in music, but it's an ok place to sit and relax for a short while.

I was with a friend for a quick bite and ordered a chicken sandwich and was served a burger instead after 45 minutes. When I informed the lady at the Lounge Bar at Hilton about the error, she apologized and suggested I order something else. I declined as I didn't want to wait another 45 mins. It was disappointing to see a property of this calibre charging me for their mistake. This is customer service at its worst. I'm hesitant to recommend them. The manager needs to educate their staff on proper customer service and behavior. If you don't take the order correctly why expect the customer to pay?? This would never happen in a Taj or ITC property.
