I recently visited Third Wave Coffee and overall had a pleasant experience. Starting with the ambiance, the place is beautifully designed and very photogenic. The interior has a modern and cozy vibe, making it a great spot to relax. It’s also suitable for working professionals who want to sit with their laptop and work, or for friends who want to hang out and spend some quality time. The service was good. The staff was polite and attentive, and the order was served within a reasonable time. When it comes to the food, we only tried Paneer Cheese Toasties, which were decent but nothing extraordinary. Since we tried just one dish, it would not be fair to give a detailed opinion on the entire food menu. The coffee, however, was quite good. We tried their Hot Signature Filter Coffee, which had a rich and authentic flavor. A/C not working and leaking on the tables. Staff are useless. When I requested them to clean the table they suggested me not to sit on that table. Was forced for take away as outside sitting was surrounded with ample mosquitos. Can't afford to have dengue in this season. All reviews appears to bogus on Google or by people who don't have work place and enjoy sitting there by occupying the seats whole day with single cup of coffee.Thanks Third way for spoiling my sunday evening. I had the worst experience at the Versova Third Wave outlet. I paid the bill, but their machine did not generate the payment slip. The payment status showed as completed, and the amount was deducted from my account. However, they told us that the payment was not received and that it might get reverted within a few minutes. We had our meal, and while leaving, we again confirmed whether they had received the payment or not. Their team said they still hadn’t received it and asked us to pay again if we were leaving. They assured us that if the amount did not get reverted within 24 hours, they would provide a meal worth the same amount since the issue was from their end. We agreed, paid again, and left. We waited for 24 hours, but nothing happened. When we contacted them, they asked us to wait for 7 days. We waited for 10 days and revisited the place, but their behavior had completely changed and was very nonchalant. They asked us to bring a printed bank statement from that day until t
