However, I was quite disappointed this time. The quality was very poor compared to yesterday. When I asked about the difference, your staff mentioned that it tastes better when it cools down, and also said that a different chef prepared it today. As a regular customer, I expect consistency in both taste and quality, regardless of the time or chef. Such variation is not acceptable, especially for the same item.
