Just came home after being given the wrong sandwich! I picked up a ham and cheese toastie, told the staff member it was for takeaway, but she then served it on a plate. I let her off not giving me my .25c change, but to arrive home with the wrong sandwich is flaming annoying!! Starbucks Douglas do better and staff need to listen better.

there is one guy that works there and holds the whole place up. He's been there for a long time now and I've seen him be the only consistent face there in the last three years. he is absolutely lovely and can't do enough for you , that's only reason you get a second star. for him alone. unfortunately , He wasn't there today when I went instead two employees with their back turned to me completely ignoring me when I asked for something for my order it was a no no sorry we don't have it and no didn't bother to look just NO! I love my other Starbucks this one is trash. the rude guy there today ..

Here yesterday and I must say the complete rudeness of the staff is a disgrace ,as I walked in and was reading something on the counter I was rudely and loudly told to 'Take your place in the q ' by a portly looking guy with glasses and a ponytail.There was no q and no such thing as welcome ,hello etc.I informed him I was reading the leaflet and there in fact was no q.I then waited three minutes to be served as nobody was interested in doing so,on eventually getting my items 4 coffees and two cookies there was no communication again from the guy behind the counter and when I asked for a tray h
