“Fantastic food and service!”

Had an absolutely terrible experience with this shop. I ordered a Spice Box and found a hair in the food, which is already disgusting and completely unacceptable. When I informed the staff, they first said they would replace it, but after making me and my friend wait around for nearly 10 minutes, nobody bothered to follow up or even acknowledge us. When I asked again, instead of apologizing properly, they started arguing and trying to blame us by saying the hair could have been ours because it didn’t have sauce on it. Had a really bad experience yesterday. I ordered a Spice Box and found a hair in it. When I went to the staff and informed them, they initially said they would replace it, but after waiting 10 minutes there was still no response. When I asked again, they started saying the hair might be ours because it didn’t have any sauce on it. It also felt like they were just waiting for us to leave. When I asked them again to replace the food, they were very rude and even suggested that we could just remove the hair and eat it. We ended up leaving the place because of how badly the situation was handled.

Started coming here after work as we work late locally, found ourselves become regulars due to the great food and always made feel so welcome by Josh. He always has a big smile and "well lads" regardless of how busy it is, unlike a lot of the staff here. He's a rarity in hospitality these days. Food is always spot on. Only issue i see is that they don't have security like all other takeaways in the area which does lead to a lot of undesirable sitting around you as you try to enjoy your food.

Very unprofessional behaviour and unpolite staff. They don't care about the customers or there requests. The staffs need to be trained on how to behave and cater to the customer needs more professionally and friendly. The food is also mediocre. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. The food hygiene is also bad
