This is great pub if you're looking for a taste of Ireland and Limerick! The food here is great. We had it recommended by a local in the street that we asked about great places to eat. Fish and chips and the Lamb roast was to die for. The potatoes were crunchy perfect! Great whiskey which is a product of the bar. Very easy drinking. Good atmosphere and really friendly attentive staff. Highly recommended.

As Austrian Inlanders we highly appreciate fresh seafood, so we started off with the half dozen Oysters. It's so rare we can have such authentic gifts off the seashore, I have them twice a year e.g in Belgium, Jersey or Kingston upon Hull, my last ones I had last autumn in Sydney. In Limerick they were within the freshest and reasonably priced, naturel with lemon. Main course Duo of Sea bass and Hake, pan-fried very much to our likings... Strong roast aroma, not killing off the bridge own base taste, especially the oily skin on the Sea bass, wonderful thanks Locke & lovely, competent service

What amazing time.we had while in Limrick. This pub in particular was amazing. Service, atmosphere, food, music. Perfect across the board!! I can not wait to return!!! I do wish I could find thw musicians that played for us whole there as I'd love to hear more from them!!
