Finally a coffee shop that understands what "Extra scalding hit" means and will take the time to scald the cup and give you what you want. Friendly staff, quick efficient service even though it's very busy. Just all round great team.

Just had the best service with a smile from the lovely Emilia in Costa Navan who couldn't do enough for us and never hesitated to help me with my tray and a baby high chair. Service like this is rare.

Disappointing!!! Just how I wish i could give 0 star! The staff were rude and snobbish. I was the only customer at the counter, yet they ignored me three times. I even smiled once to one of them, but they were just roaming around, chatting, and going back and forth to the back. I thought one of them would approach me to take my order, but NO, I was completely ignored! None of the three women there on duty attended to me. One of them even walked right in front of me, went to the till to grab a tray, and then left without saying anything. They didn't come back. These women clearly don’t understa

Do not buy any cakes here! Unless you want to get sick. Flies everywhere, they have a serious issue. I raised this with the manager on duty and she said they are trying but most of the cakes aren’t even covered. Employees are just ignoring the flies. Would not expect this from a Costa
