The idea of Ruby's is nice but it doesn't quite hit the same in reality. The wings are great quality, I love that even when coated in sauce they are still crispy and you get the full wing (knuckle and flat) but the actual flavour is lacking. The bbq needs more salt and the sesame needs more... sesame. The pizzas are sadly not great. I hope I'm wrong but I suspect they are frozen pizzas just cooked in a pizza oven. Even if I'm wrong, that speaks to the actual quality of the pizza. The burgers are actually super tasty so no complaints there, the ingredients are fresh and the beef is well cooked

Mouth orgasm My friend and I are here before a deftones concert and it is not that busy but immediately as we walk in we get seated. The atmosphere and service is amazing I ordered the classic American burger and my friend got the pulled pork bun both with dirty fries Genuinely one of the best burgers ive ever had. The cheese was melted to perfection and the onions seared to the most succulent texture. The dirty fries had a peppercorn type sauce and it was the most savoury dirty fries ive ever had Genuinely mouth watering 100% recommend if u are in the area Then for desert we got the cheesecak

Place beside 3Arena Dublin. Looking good inside. Have some outside sitting tables. Went there for famous burgers. My wife had tomato soup and grilled prawns. All dishes very tasty. Soup rich in flavours. Burger with pulled pork bit greasy but very good. Will be back definitely.

Service was non-existent. Food was very poor. The chips were rubbish, tasted like cheap frozen chips. The striploin steak was inedible, mostly gristle. We reported it and nothing was done about it, not even an apology. Some of the staff were even quite rude. The portions were small. The restaurant itself was dirty and noisy. Rubys used to be a good spot so not sure what has changed. I won't go back.
