I wished I could say its the coffee that is sorely in need of some works (I mean, it's so-so at best), but unfortunately the service as I have experienced it over the span of at least half a dozen visits is what's truly beyond the pale. But even that does not deserve a review like this nearly as much as the way one of the staff responded to my feedback which, long overdue as it was, I finally gave today.
